RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, you can request a refund using our Submit a Request form.

 

We only accept returns for items that are misprinted, damaged, or defective. Please submit any claims for such items within 30 days of receiving your product. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If the issue is determined to be our mistake, we will cover the cost of the return.

Because we work with print-on-demand suppliers to minimize our ecological impact by reducing waste and avoiding excess inventory, we cannot accept exchanges or returns for ordering clothing the wrong size. To ensure the best fit, we strongly encourage checking the size chart available for each clothing item before making a purchase.

We only accept returns for items in good condition. Returned items must be unwashed, unworn (except for trying on), and include the original packaging or tags. Clothing that has been washed or worn will not be accepted.


Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method. Once processed, credit or debit card providers typically take 1 to 7 business days to complete the refund, but this may vary depending on your card provider’s policies.

Shipping charges will only be refunded if the returned product was damaged, incorrect, or missing from an order.
