SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Do we ship in all countries?
    We don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations: Albania, French Polynesia, Republic of Kosovo, Myanmar, New Caledonia, Réunion, Russia, South Africa, Ukraine, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, or Singapore, Belarus, The Gaza Strip region in Palestine, Ecuador. Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea. Additionally, our shipping carriers have a list of countries where they temporarily don’t offer international shipping due to circumstances like natural disasters and other service disruptions. You can review the up-to-date information on the USPS homepage. Please note that the list of countries where we or our shipping carriers don’t offer international shipping may change.
  • What shipping services do you offer?
    Shipping varies by location, region, and type of items.
  • Do you ship to a P.O. Box or A.P.O. address?
    Yes, we do! Please ensure all shipping information is correct to help avoid any delays. If you opt to use a third-party international forwarding service for your items, we cannot guarantee the reliability of their services or deliveries. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the necessary information to the forwarding service. Our shipping partners cannot offer support for issues related to forwarding services. Pusheen Shop is not liable for packages that are lost or returned to sender when using a third-party forwarding service.
  • Can I track the status of my package?
    Yes. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier’s website. By clicking the link, you will be able to check the status of your order once it is in transit. Also, you will be able to find the tracking information on your Wawawiwa Shop account.
  • When will my package arrive?
    You can check on the status of your package by selecting the tracking/customs link located in your shipping notification email. Once shipped, most packages will arrive within the estimated time frame provided for the selected shipping method, but occasional delays may occur, especially during busy holidays or extreme weather conditions. International shipments may experience delays due to customs. All delivery times are estimates only, and are not guaranteed.
  • Where do we ship from?
    We ship from a variety of destinations worldwide.
  • When will my order ship?
    Most orders ship out within 3 to 5 business days of purchase. We do not ship out orders on weekends or U.S. holidays. Occasional delays in processing may occur due to a high volume of orders, especially during holidays or sales. The delivery rate estimates (as provided by the shipping carriers) do not begin until your order has been processed and shipped. You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
  • Why is my order shipment delayed?
    We appreciate and ask for your patience during these times. Shipping carriers can sometimes experience influxes in orders that might overwhelm and skew shipment timeframes. If you haven’t already, sign up for updates on your package through the shipping carrier by referencing your tracking number.
  • Can I provide specific delivery instructions for my order?
    We are unable to provide mail carriers specific delivery instructions for shipments and deliveries. We recommend contacting your local post office to see what the standard protocol for handling deliveries may be in your area. We only offers shipping through the USPS (United States Postal Service) (only in the United States) and we do not offer delivery by or transfers to other shipping companies such as UPS or DHL at this time. When shipping internationally, your package will be handed over to your local postal system for customs and delivery.
